1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a maxjili account or by accessing any part of the maxjili platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the maxjili platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the maxjili platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the maxjili platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the maxjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted at the time of play.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the maxjili platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

maxjili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility requirements — including players under 21 years of age — will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the maxjili platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) maxjili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maxjili login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. maxjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: maxjili may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing transactions or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

maxjili supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the maxjili platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your maxjili wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: maxjili aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals to GCash are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Currency: All transactions on the maxjili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Limits: maxjili reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
• Fees: maxjili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which maxjili bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

maxjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. maxjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• maxjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the maxjili platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you agree to the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. maxjili does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, maxjili will apply its standard disconnection policy, which may result in the game round being voided and your wager being returned, or the game round being completed based on the last recorded game state.
• maxjili reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or completed in error, including as a result of a software bug, pricing error, or any other technical issue.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. maxjili is not liable for losses resulting from poor connectivity on the player's end.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maxjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the maxjili platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the maxjili platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or match-fixing.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the maxjili platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing maxjili staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the maxjili platform, other player accounts, or maxjili's systems.
• Using the maxjili platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the maxjili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of maxjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the maxjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the maxjili platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on maxjili content.
• Use any maxjili trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the maxjili platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maxjili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the maxjili platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability of the maxjili platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the maxjili platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

maxjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your maxjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude maxjili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

maxjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the maxjili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

maxjili is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Termination

maxjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• At maxjili's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.

You may close your maxjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

maxjili operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which governs online gaming activities in the Philippines.

14. Amendments

maxjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, maxjili will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the maxjili platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
